Founder & CEO
NetConv is owned and operated by Dr. Lucas Piccinin, a world-renowned Brazilian entrepreneur. He spent almost ten years developing intelligent software solutions that sit at the nexus of retail efficiency, sustainability, and customer trust.
Dr. Lucas, who has a thorough understanding of digital marketplaces and retail operations, recognized one of the industry’s most enduring blind spots: the absence of real-time visibility and control over product expiration in online and darkstore environments.
He imagined a future in which time, freshness, and responsibility were equally quantifiable assets, whereas conventional systems concentrated on inventory quantity. This realization served as the basis for NetConv’s perishables management platform, which is software that reshapes inventory according to expiration dates, automates dynamic pricing to cut waste, and connects supply and demand with previously unheard-of accuracy.
Dr. Lucas has received several awards, including World Top Leaders 2025 and World’s Most Inspiring and Impactful Leader 2025. He was most recently recognized as the Transformational Leader of the Year 2025: A Marvel in Leadership by White Page International. This prestigious honor was presented during the Global Leadership Conclave 2025, held at the prestigious UK House of Lords, UK Parliament.
Dr. Lucas received his Business Administration degree from EAESP-FGV in 2006. He also graduated in law and holds several professional diplomas and certificates. He just received an Honorary Doctorate from Azteca University.
