Kashmir Black Day is commemorated by Kashmiris as well as Pakistanis across the World every year. On 27th of October, people across the World marked the black day in order to express solidarity and support Kashmiri people in their freedom struggle in order to achieve their Right for self-determination.
Historically speaking on 27th of October, 1947, the invading troops of India disembarked in Srinagar on the assertion of signing of instrument of accessionby the then Ruler of Kashmir Maharaja Hari Singh. According to Indian Historians, the Instrument of accession was signed by Maharaja Hari Singh a day before 27th of October, 1947 in other Words 26thOctober, 1947 is the day where an imaginary piece of paper which was illegal illegimitate and unauthorized named as theso called instrument of accession changed the complete History of Kashmir.
So far as annexation of the valley of Jammu and Kashmir with Pakistan was concerned it was overlooked and seemed to be impossible reality at that moment. Really it was a very terrible conspiracy against the future of Indian occupied valley of Jammu and Kashmir because the former Government of Pandit Jawar Lal Nehru not only ignored and damaged the very smooth functioning of the Partition Formula and two Nation Theory but also took the Muslim Majority Valley of Jammu and Kashmir under its brutal possession, in this way a free and fairly breathing Kashmir right from 1947 till today is chocked, locked,illegally, undemocratically and non-diplomatically as well as forcibly ruined by India. Kashmir was once upon a time was a paradise on this Earth. Today it has been pushed in to hell, it has turned in to an International Prison by Modi Government, his secret service Network and RSS Guards.
At the Moment Kashmir is cordoned off, Kashmir is trapped and Kidnapped. Kashmir is bleeding, Kashmir is burning. All these sort of Miseries, Hardships which Kashmiri people are facing right now have mainly been excercised by Indian Army or Indian Intelligence agencies at the Moment Kashmir seems to be gripped by consistent Curfews, complete black-outs in the presence of so many collective graveyards non judicial Murders, Women Molestation, Genocide including so many brutal incidents killing Civilians and targeting innocent Children are going to provide enough Proof for the Mankind that present Indian Government is prepared to repeat the History of 2nd World War in Which Nazism was forced and practiced brutally against the free will and Human Rights of the people at that time. The same Nazism Modi Government is going to enforce on the free will and the right to self-determination of Kashmiris and by means of darkening the very future of Kashmir nowadays.
Indian occupied valley of Jammu and Kashmir is going to present a very dark and dereary picture of Modi secularism and so called democracy in India. Which is as brutal as in human as the rule of Hitler in the second great war.
Kashmiri people right from October 1947 or longing and struggling for their right to self-determination but they are unable to avail their fundamental democratic right till today.
In this scenario what is the role of International Institutions like UNO, International court of Justice, EU and OIC. What is the role of these super powers which have been responsible for deciding the just future of Kashmir in the light of 1949 UN Resolutions. When we talk about peace more than half of the World has been affected by the overall war like crisis and living with out peace today. In this scenario the permanent solution to the core issue of Kashmir needs a very quick action from UNO as well as superpowers and International Organizations stand for Human Rights.
At the moment Kashmir is known to be a nuclear flash point in south east Asia. The time has come that all the World should call for peace and try to find a peaceful and permanent Solution to the issue of Jammu and Kashmir as well as palestine. So far as the role of Government of Pakistan is concernedwe will continue with our moral, social and diplomatic support to our Kashmiri brother and Sisters as far as Pakistan foreign policy on the Indian Occupied Valley of Jammu and Kashmir is concerned we are still prepared to give an other chance to the Government of India to continue with having a peaceful dialouge with Pakistan on this disputed land. At the moment our Stand on Kashmir is crystal clear. The future of Kashmir is in safe hands Pakistan army is going to defend the Line of Control along Kashmir by means of a very well-equipped defense strategy. At the moment what surprises the people of Pakistan is the process of recent elections in the occupied valley which is not permitted or allowed on a disputed territory but the Government of India has held this election against the United Nations agenda on Kashmir. This election is illegal and illegitimate.IftheGovernmentofIndia is still prepared to avoid unrest in IOJK then Modi Government should immediately stop the abuse of Human Rights and restore the articles 370 and 35a as soon as possible because this is the only way through which a peaceful Kashmir can lead its people to their final ziel of independence and make them believe that peace and solidarity is the only key to their struggle, success and their right for self-determination.
