Zim Afro T10, Zadran sets a new history by scoring 33 runs in an over

Harare: Najibullah Zadran of New York Lagos made a new history by scoring 33 runs in an over in a match against Durban Wolves in Zim Afro T10 Season 2. Did it. The Afghan batsman hit 3 consecutive sixes at the beginning of the sixth over of the innings, after which he scored two runs in the next two balls and hit a six. After which De Terepano bowled three consecutive wides and Zardan hit a six on the last ball. Talking about his innings, Zadran said that he had already made up his mind to take on the fast bowler and push for runs in that particular over. He said that before that over, he had scored just 6 runs off 7 balls. So I told Ryan Burrell that I will play this over. I have faced Terepano before and I know his bowling. He added that unfortunately he got out before the third powerplay but was very happy that his team won. Zadran scored 43 runs off 17 balls which included five sixes and a four.
