In the early era of the 19th century, the very monarchy of Afghanistan was supervised and controlled by the British Empire. This was because British rulers believed that most of the Afghan kings, including King Amir Sultan, were unable to manage public affairs. Even for the sake of their personal safety and security against hostile tribes in Afghanistan, most of the Kings in Afghanistan had no idea how to run this land, so they surrendered to the British Empire.
This historical illustration brings us to the fact that the land of Afghanistan, because of its weak civil and legal jurisdiction, has always proved to be a great challenge for its security as well as to the safety of Central and South Asia. Tribal wars and communal conflicts within Afghanistan seemed to be as dangerous as today. In those days, the land of Afghanistan was unsafe and unprotected. It has been observed as a detected hub of tribal conflicts, wars, and terrorism, just like today. If you look at Afghanistan today, the problem with this land has always been similar. In the recent or far past, right from King ZAHIR SHAH till the regime of Babrak KARMIL, Afghanistan was pro-Soviet and of course pro-India.
No doubt Afghanistan remained anti-PAKISTAN and will remain anti-PAKISTAN. I am not surprised about Afghanistan, which is still unaware of its Durand Line. Naturally, the present Taliban regime is helpless to maintain its writ beyond Kabul and Jalalabad. The present regime of Afghanistan is not a government, but it is an insurgent movement run by TTA, TTP, BLA, Fitna Al Khawarij, HAQANI Network and Indian sponsored terrorists. These terrorists are in and outside of Pakistan border areas with Afghanistan. The main target of those terrorists coming from Afghanistan to Pakistan is to destabilize and damage the security and solidarity of my Land. Inspite of the fact that
The present interim Govt of Talibans know that a peaceful Pakistan means a peaceful Afghanistan. Right now, Taliban rulers sitting in Kabul are on the payroll of India. They are receiving their directives and dictation from the Modi Govt and Indian Intelligence agency RAW to destroy the very peace of PAKISTAN, mainly by targeting its civil population and Military installations. I think the Taliban regime has forgotten the 10th of October last month Pakistan Army operation and its air force attacks against so many terrorist organizations. These organizations are fabricated and nourished within Afghanistan but around the border of Afghanistan and PAKISTAN. Naturally, these nurseries of Terrorism sponsored and financedby India in this region is not only a challenge, but one of the greatest challenges to the defense policy of PAKISTAN, but also damaging the very peace of south and Central Asia. In the wake of its present and always past foreign Policy, Afghanistan has remained anti-PAKISTAN. But it was PAKISTAN which has looked after 3.5 Million Afghan refugees for a period of five decades. This was done just to help their Afghan Muslim brothers, sisters and children and just to make Afghanistan peaceful. In the month of Febin the year 2020, another chance was given to introduce and maintain Peace with the help of PAKISTAN into Afghanistan in the light of the DOHA Accord. This was done under the great leadership of the President of America MR. Donald Trump.MR. Donald Trump, along with the assistance of PAKISTAN and Qatar, finalized this accord. Of course, in the light of consultations with Saudi Arabia, including OIC, the DOHA Accord was a great step taken in this region. Sorry to say that in August, 2021, the DOHA Accord was completely violated by Talibans. They have discarded all the four commitments which are considered to be the Pillars of the DOHA Accord.
First Commitment: The Taliban Pledged that they would not allow any group or individual, including al-Qaeda, to use Afghan soil to Threaten the Security of the United States or its allies.
The second commitment is concerned with intra-Afghan negotiations and the Political Process.
The Third Commitment related to humanitarian and legal measures, particularly the release and reintegration of Taliban prisoners.
The Final Commitment of the DOHA Accord focused on broader diplomatic engagement that means normalizing relations with other states. In the present scenario, neither of these four commitments of the DOHA Accord seem to be practically effective or confirmed by the Taliban. After having a remarkable defeat in the light of Maarka-e-Haq from the great Armed Forces of PAKISTAN, India has completely gripped the Govt of Afghanistan. They have strongly forced the Taliban to spread their Terrorism to PAKISTAN and attack its borders.The recent “False flag operation” in new Dehli, by Modi Govt, and targeting a cadet Academy in Wanna, hitting the Court of ISLAMABAD by bomb Attack seem to be strongly linked together. Modi is preparing to wage another war on PAKISTAN, but this time through Afghanistan. I would like to warn you MR. Modi. If the need arises, my proud armed forces of PAKISTAN are fully prepared and determined not only to damage or destroy India. But these forces have the courage to take over your proxy Afghanistan in Two hours. Under the dynamic leadership of our honourable Field Marshal General Syed Asim Munir, the PAKISTAN Govt, its Armed forces and the people areStanding and facing Afghan-Indian Terrorism Like a Solid wall. At the moment, two rounds of consultation with Afghanistan concerning the eradication of Terrorism from its roots were non-productive, even unfruitful. Let us give this effort for peace another chance in this Region. Let us give diplomacy the first preference in this regard before it is too late. Before Afghanistan is completely damaged and India is fully destroyed by PAKISTAN Armed forces, let us give peaceful dialogue and diplomacy another chance. Long live PAKISTAN, Long live the Armed Forces.
