PAKISTAN : Today, we solemnly remember the death anniversary of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah – the founder of our beloved Pakistan, is observed on September 11th each year. He passed away in 1948, just over a year after Pakistan gained independence from British India.

This date is observed as a day of remembrance and reflection in Pakistan to honor the contributions of Muhammad Ali Jinnah in the creation of the nation.

His legacy continues to guide our nation. The day is a moment for Pakistanis to pay homage to his tireless efforts, unwavering determination, and political vision that led to the creation of a separate homeland for the Muslims of the subcontinent. Commemorative events are held across the country, including Quran Khawani and special prayers at his mausoleum in Karachi. As a nation, we remain forever grateful for his tireless struggle, unwavering vision, and selfless efforts that gifted us an identity, a homeland, and a future.
Ambassador Imam Muhammad Allama Ahsan Siddiqui said that the day serves as a reminder to the nation to uphold the principles he championed: “Unity, Faith, and Discipline.” It is a time for reflection on his life and a renewal of the national pledge to follow his vision for a prosperous and stable Pakistan.
